Project Summary
This 21 day program was designed to introduce to the role of religion in American society, the diversity of religious life in the United States, and ideals and realities of American religious tolerance. The program emphasized relationships and dialogue that promote harmony across faith communities and different ways in which religious communities and leaders work together to foster greater tolerance and understanding. The program also provided exposure to the protection of the rights and welfare of minority and vulnerable groups..
